We call ourselves Lucknowites Buildestate Private Limited because we are truly locals from right here in the city. Our main office is located at 135, Bari Lal Kurti, which is inside the Sadar Cantt area of Lucknow. This part of town has its own unique feel, being a bit quieter and more organized because of the military presence nearby. We have been operating from the 226002 area for quite some time now. We aren’t some massive conglomerate with offices in five different states. We are just a small team of people who know the Lucknow real estate and building scene inside and out. Our office isn't anything to boast about—it’s just a functional space where we keep our blueprints and handle the necessary paperwork. Most of our days are spent out in the heat, checking on construction progress and talking to the people who are actually doing the heavy lifting. We don’t have any polished slogans or fancy advertisements. We rely on the fact that we show up and do the work we said we would do. The Bari Lal Kurti neighborhood is where we plan everything out over tea. We’ve seen this city grow and change so much, and we’re just glad to have a small part in the building of it. We are honest about what we do and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is.
