Lepido Agro Business is situated in the Jankipuram area of Lucknow. If you know the neighborhood, we are at 645A/393 in Janki Vihar. It’s a quiet residential part of town which makes it a nice place to work without too much noise from the main roads. We have been working out of this office for some time now, focusing on the agro side of things. The office has a few desks and a lot of files piled up because there is always something to track. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. Lucknow can be a bit chaotic, but Janki Vihar stays relatively calm. We usually start the day with some tea and go over what needs to be delivered. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a group of us who understand the farming business and want to keep things moving. We don't have any big marketing slogans or anything. We just show up, answer the phones, and try to get the orders sorted. The walls are a bit bare and the chairs have seen better days, but the work gets done regardless. Sometimes we have visitors from the local farms who come in to discuss their requirements for the next season. We just sit down and figure out the numbers with them. It’s basic, honest work and we are happy to be doing it here.
