It is a straightforward agro business. We don't have any big signs or flashy stuff out front. It is just a plot where we manage our operations. Mubarakpur is a quiet place for the most part, which suits us just fine. Being in the BKT area means we are close enough to things but still have the space we need for the agricultural side of the business. The work is mostly about the day-to-day tasks of running an agro company in Uttar Pradesh. We deal with the local weather and the soil just like everyone else around here. Sometimes the power goes out or the road to the plot gets a bit rough, but we just keep going. We are not trying to be anything we are not. It’s a small team of us who know the area and know the work. We spend our time checking on things and making sure the business side stays on track. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. If you come by Plot 21, you’ll see we are just regular folks doing our jobs. There’s no need for anything more complicated than that. We just do what we can with the land we have.
