United Pacific Agro (P) Limited

We operate United Pacific Agro (P) Limited out of an apartment at Shree Nathji Vihar. Specifically, it is unit B-66/411 on Seetapur Road in Nirala Nagar. It might seem a bit odd to have an agro company in a residential building, but it works for us. Most of our work is coordinating between the farms and the buyers, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or at the computer. The living room is basically our main office now. Files are stacked on the tables, and there is always a printer humming somewhere. We moved here because it was more convenient than commuting to a big industrial site every day. My small team sits around the dining table, and we go through the daily reports from the field. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we are doing with all those papers, but they are used to us by now. It gets a bit hectic when several shipments are moving at once. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you'll just see a normal door with a small nameplate. It's a practical way to run things without wasting money on high rent. We just try to stay on top of the logistics and make sure the farmers get their payments on time. Dealing with agriculture involves a lot of waiting for seasons.
