Down in Mujasa, Malihabad, things move a bit slower than they do in the middle of Lucknow city. Green Agritech Pvt. Ltd. is based right here in the district. It’s a lot of open space and fresh air. We spend a lot of our time outside or in the shed where we keep our supplies. The ground around here is good, and that’s why we stayed in Malihabad. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the land pretty well. We don't have a big fancy sign or a glass building. It’s just a practical place for practical work. During the mango season, the whole area gets very busy and the smells are amazing. We just focus on our daily tasks, which usually involve checking on the crops or talking to the local farmers. It’s a simple life. We don't use much technology other than what we absolutely need. Our meetings usually happen while we are walking around the site or sitting on some crates. It’s not a formal environment at all. We wear boots and old shirts because there’s always some dirt involved in what we do. Mujasa is a quiet village for the most part, and we like it that way. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and we don't plan on going anywhere else. It is just home for us.
