We've been working out of 7/3/85 in Anjani Puram Colony for a while now. Most people around Deokali just know us as the local builders who get things done. It’s a small office here, nothing fancy, but it works for what we do. LAXMISHYAM COLONISERS DEVELOPERS AND BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED is a long name on paper, but day to day, we're just focused on the construction work right in front of us. We started this because we saw a lot of folks needed help with building their homes or figuring out plots in this part of town. It gets busy, especially when we have several projects going on at once. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with blueprints and dusty boots, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually out on site most of the day. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past the sign in the colony. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Deokali feels different now than it did when we first set up shop. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work. If you're looking for us, we're usually around the Anjani Puram area during the day. It's a straightforward operation here. No big corporate meetings, just us figuring out the next steps for whatever building we're working on that week.
