Larkfield Infratech Private Limited operates out of Siddiqui Apartment on Mall Avenue in Lucknow. We are on the first floor in Flat 104. Mall Avenue is a well-known part of the city, and being in an apartment block like this makes the office feel more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We do a lot of infratech work, which basically means we manage the technical and structural side of building projects. The office is usually stacked with files, and the printer is almost always running. We have a small group of people working here, most of whom have been with us for quite a while. We don't go for big, flashy signs or billboards. Most people who need to find us already know where we are. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments and making sure the guys on the site have what they need for the day. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just work around it with our mobile hotspots. It’s a very local way of doing business. We talk to our neighbors, and we know the tea stall guy downstairs who brings us snacks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to do our work properly and keep our clients informed about what’s actually happening. It’s a messy, busy, but honest living for all of us here.
