Landmax Infradevelopers Private Limited is based out of Lucknow, right on Sitapur Road. We have a bit of a specific location because we are over at the Shia College Hostel in Khdra. The office is set up with Muazzam Ali, who is the father of Mr. Anwar Ali, so it has a real family connection to it. We aren't one of those massive companies with a glass building. Instead, we work from this spot which everyone around here knows. Sitapur Road can get pretty noisy with all the traffic, but inside it’s just us focusing on land development and infrastructure. We’ve been around the Lucknow area for a bit, helping out with various local projects. People often stop by to ask about plots or how the development is going in certain sectors. We try to keep things simple and direct. There’s no big corporate talk here, just a lot of checking on sites and making sure the paperwork for the land is all in order. It’s a local business through and through. We know the streets and the people around here. Having the office near the college means there’s always some energy in the air. We spend our days answering phones, meeting with folks who have questions about their property, and coordinating with our teams out in the field. It’s a steady routine that we’ve been doing for years now and we don't plan on changing how we do things.
