Land Crapt Private Limited

You can find us over at 3/105 in Jankipuram Vistar, right off Seetapur Road. It is a busy spot, but we have managed to make a decent workspace out of it. Land Crapt has been operating out of this location for a while now. We deal with land and property stuff, which means we spend a lot of time out in the sun or looking at maps on the wall. The office is not anything special, just some desks and chairs and a lot of paper. Seetapur Road is always humming with noise from the trucks and cars passing by. We chose Jankipuram Vistar because it is growing fast and there is always something happening here. Our team is small, just a few local guys who know the land around here like the back of our hands. We do not use big words or try to act like we are more than we are. We just tell it like it is. If a piece of land is good, we say so. If there is a problem, we mention that too. It is better to be honest about things. Sometimes we get a bit behind on our paperwork when things get busy during the season. We just work through it. Being a private limited company means there is a bit of legal stuff to handle, but we manage. It is just us, doing our thing on Seetapur Road every day. (248 words)
