KVOM BUILDERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is located at E-4/288 in Vibhav Khand, Gomti Nagar. This is our main spot in Lucknow where we handle all the building and planning work. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a pretty small operation, which means I’m usually the one answering the phone and visiting the sites myself. We focus on residential building and some renovation projects around the Gomti Nagar area. The office is really just a room where I keep the laptop and all the project folders. It gets a bit messy with all the drawings and receipts, but I know where everything is. I spent a lot of years working for bigger companies before I decided to open this place in Lucknow. It’s nice being in Vibhav Khand because it’s a central location for my clients. I don’t believe in using big corporate words to describe what we do. We just build houses and fix things that are broken. Sometimes the work is slow and sometimes we have three projects going at once. It’s a lot of coordination with the masons, the electricians, and the plumbers. I try to be on-site as much as possible to make sure things are moving along. The traffic near Lucknow 226010 can be a bit of a pain, but it’s a good place to be. We aren’t looking to be the biggest builder in the state; we just want to finish our current jobs properly.
