You can find us at C-1/71 in Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar. Lucknow is a big city and Gomti Nagar is a really active area, so there is always something going on. Kumaar Colonizers and Infra Developers is basically just a small team of us working on land development and infrastructure. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our office is functional and a bit cluttered with maps and project files. We spend a lot of time looking at land layouts and figuring out how to set up the basic things like roads and drainage. It is not glamorous work, but it is necessary if you want to build a new colony. We know the local area well since we’ve been working here for a good while. We don't use big words or make grand speeches about what we do. We just take a piece of land and try to make it ready for people to use. Sometimes the bureaucracy is a bit much, but we just deal with it one day at a time. The office is our base where we meet with builders and sometimes local officials. It is a busy place, but we try to keep things simple. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a solid job on the projects we have in front of us.
