We are based out of a small place at EWS-3/7 in Sector-H of Jankipuram. Lucknow is growing so fast these days, especially in areas like ours. We spend our days working on different building projects around this side of the city. It’s mostly about developing small plots and making sure the construction is solid. The office in Jankipuram is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and site reports everywhere. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us making sure things get done. Building houses takes time and patience, especially when you are dealing with all the permissions and the heat we get here in Uttar Pradesh. We know the local area well since we've been here for years. Sometimes the work is slow and sometimes it's so busy we can't keep up, but that is just the way it goes. We don't try to make things sound better than they are. Construction is hard, physical work and there are always problems to solve on the ground. Whether it's a pipe that's not right or a wall that needs fixing, we just handle it. People around Sector-H know us as the local builders. We like being part of the community here. There is a lot of pride in seeing a building finally finished after months of digging and brickwork. We just keep going, one brick at a time for each house.
