Gomti Nagar is a nice part of the city and it’s always expanding, which keeps us pretty busy most of the year. We aren't a big firm with a lot of layers. Usually, it’s just us handling the day-to-day work on the sites. We do all kinds of building projects, from small renovations to bigger structures. Construction is a lot of hard work and you always end up with a lot of dust on your boots. We don't have a polished corporate image or anything like that. We just talk to people plainly about what they need. Sometimes we have to juggle multiple sites at once, which can be a bit of a headache with the traffic in Lucknow. We source our materials locally and work with crews that have been with us for a long time. It’s a practical business and we don't spend much time on the computer or making ads. Most of our work comes from people recommending us to their friends and family. We just want to do a decent job and move on to the next one. It’s how we’ve always operated in this part of Uttar Pradesh and it works for us.
