Ksv Buildtech Private Limited

We are based over in Mahanagar, at C-995 in Sector-B-4. Ksv Buildtech is the name on our registration papers. It’s a decent area to work in, though parking can be a bit of a struggle sometimes near the office. We handle various building projects around this part of town. It’s a small team, just a couple of us who have been working together for years. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls or a coffee machine that does everything. We just have a kettle and some old mugs. Most of our time is spent looking at site plans or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down, and we just have to figure it out. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how we get our next job. We talk to people plainly and don't try to hide behind technical jargon. If a project is going to be difficult, we just say so. It’s better to be honest than to make people wait for something that isn't happening. We enjoy the process of seeing a building come together. It’s a hard job but it’s what we know. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down.
