KSAIM Infracon Private Limited operates out of D-3/31 M in Vibhuti Khand, Gomtinagar. If you know Lucknow, you know Gomtinagar is one of those places that's always growing, so it’s a good spot for an infracon company. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have the usual stuff like computers, printers, and a lot of paper everywhere. It’s not particularly stylish, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with labor and checking on material deliveries from this desk. Vibhuti Khand has a lot of energy, and we try to keep up with it. Often, we are out on-site more than we are in the office, but this is where we come back to finish the paperwork at the end of the day. The 226010 area is pretty convenient for us to get around. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just talk about the work and what needs to happen next. There’s usually a bit of a mess on the desks and the phone rings a lot, but we’ve gotten used to the chaos. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We just focus on getting our projects finished and moving on to the next one. It’s simple, really. Some days the traffic in Lucknow makes things slow, but we manage to stay on schedule for the most part. We like the local food around here too.
