We are based out of Aliganj, over at C-31 in Sector-F. Krishnaism Builders And Developers Private Limited is basically just a local operation. We do not have a big shiny office; it is a more humble setup where we can actually get things done. Aliganj is a well-known part of the city, and we like being here because everything is accessible. Our days are mostly filled with checking on building sites and talking to contractors. We handle the usual builder stuff, like getting permits and making sure the materials arrive on time. It can be a lot of stress when things do not go according to plan, but we have learned to deal with it. We aren't into fancy marketing or trying to sound like we are bigger than we are. We just take on projects that we can manage well. Sector-F is a good neighborhood and we have been around here long enough to know how things work. Sometimes we spend the whole day out in the field and only come back to the office to file some papers in the evening. It is a practical way of working. We just want to keep our projects moving along steadily. There is always something to do, whether it is looking at a new piece of land or finishing up a house. That is our life here. We just take it one day at a time and work hard.
