We are based in Subhash Nagar, over in the Kalyanpur area of Lucknow. Specifically, our office is at House Number 101, which is also part of Khata Number 320. It is a One Person Company, so the setup is quite small and personal. We don’t have a massive staff or a huge office suite. Instead, we work from a converted space in a residential building. It’s nice because it doesn't feel like a cold, empty office. We have our computers, a bunch of folders, and a printer that occasionally jams. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it stays relatively quiet during the day except for the occasional street vendor passing by. We focus on infrastructure ventures, which involves a lot of coordinating and checking on site progress. Most of the time, we are busy checking plans or talking to contractors on the phone. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a fancy lobby area. It's just a place where the actual work happens. Lucknow can get very hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time under the fan trying to stay cool while we work through our to-do lists. We like the fact that we are integrated into the local community here. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to handle business. We just take things one day at a time and keep our heads down to finish the tasks at hand.
