Kig Builders Private Limited is based out of Chinhat in Lucknow. Our office is located at Plot Number 3 in the Acharyapurambudh Vihar Colony, which is on Khasra Number 181. It is a growing area of the city, and we have been here to see a lot of the changes over the last few years. We aren't the kind of builders who wear suits and sit in air-conditioned offices all day. Most of the time, we are right there on the plot, making sure the cement is mixed right and the bricks are being laid straight. Chinhat is a busy place now, but it still feels like a neighborhood to us. Our office is just a practical space where we keep our blueprints and have meetings with the crew. We don't use any of that polished corporate language or try to sell people things they don't need. If someone wants a house built, we tell them what it will cost and how long it will take, and then we get to work. Sometimes there are problems with the labor or the weather gets too bad to work, but we always find a way to get back on track. We are just local guys trying to build good structures for our neighbors. We don't have a big team of sales people. We just rely on the fact that we do what we say we are going to do. It’s a simple way to run a business.
