Our small team works out of Ketan Vihar, over at 14/15 in the Alamnagar area of Lucknow. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been here for a bit now. We mostly handle things related to infrastructure and building. It’s the kind of work where you’re always dealing with dusty boots and late deliveries. We don't mind it much. The office is just a room where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings to decide who is going where. We use simple tools and tried-and-true methods for our projects. There’s no point in overcomplicating things when a straightforward approach works better. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or water issues at the sites, but that’s just how it is here. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; we just let the finished buildings speak for themselves. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they have questions. We try to be helpful and give a straight answer about costs and timing. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices too, which takes up more time than we’d like. But at the end of the day, we’re just local people building things for other local people. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and sometimes even Sundays if a deadline is close. We just take things as they come and try to keep our workers happy and healthy.
