We are located at 2/280 Vijay Khand which is in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow. It is a decent neighborhood and a bit quieter than the main city center which is nice for getting work done. Our office is basically a converted space that we’ve used for our infrastructure projects for some time. There are trees along the street and it’s a good place to walk around when we need a break from the screens. Inside it is just a normal office with chairs and some old maps on the walls. We spend our time looking at site reports and trying to talk with the teams out in the field. Lucknow summers are really tough so we mostly keep the curtains pulled to keep the heat out during the afternoons. People know us as a local bunch and we often have neighbors or workers dropping in to talk about the latest jobs. We don't have any flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us and the work we have on the table. Sometimes the internet is slow but we manage to get the emails sent eventually. And we like being in Vijay Khand because the commute isn't too bad for the staff. It’s a straightforward operation where we focus on the task at hand without much fuss. Most of us have been working together for years now so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed and casual every day.
