Kdl Metrocity Developers Private Limited is based out of the second floor at 1/32 Vinamra Khand. We are right in the heart of Gomti Nagar, which is always humming with people and new buildings. Our office isn't anything too fancy, just a workspace where we get our planning and paperwork done. We focus on developing different spots around the city, and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. It’s a lot of coordination, talking to contractors, and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Some days we are stuck behind the desk all day, and other days we are out on the dirt at a construction site. It’s a bit of a grind, but it’s what we know. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us, so this is just us telling it like it is. We are local people who understand how things work in this part of Lucknow. The traffic in Vinamra Khand can be a bit much during rush hour, but we manage. We aren't here to promise the world, just to do the developer work that needs doing. We've seen a lot of changes in the metro area over the years and we're just glad to be a small part of it. It’s just regular work for us, day in and day out.
