You can find us over at Gazi Plaza in the Madhey Ganj Khadra area of Lucknow. We are up on the third floor in Flat No 06. There isn't an elevator in the building, so we get plenty of exercise walking up those stairs every single morning. Khadra is a very packed part of the city, so parking can be a real headache if you don't arrive early. Our office is quite small and filled with the usual things you’d expect from a building company—blueprints, measuring tapes, and lots of files. We have a view of the rooftops of Lucknow from the third floor, which is nice when you need a moment to think. The air is always a bit dusty from all the work going on nearby. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; usually, you just walk in and one of us will be sitting at a desk. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to site supervisors or checking on materials. It's a very hands-on kind of job. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather focus on the actual building work we do out in the field. Gazi Plaza is a well-known spot in this neighborhood, so finding us isn't too difficult once you get into Madhey Ganj. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple life for us here.
