You can find Kalanidhi Builders & Developers Private Limited at House number B-4, Gata number 119, in the Gudamba area off Kursi Road. It is a local office based right in the community we work in. Being situated at Grampost Gudamba means we are close to the sites we are actually building on. The office is basically just a part of a house where we keep all our ledgers and project maps. It’s a bit cramped with all the building supplies we sometimes keep in the corner, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the daily realities of construction. Sometimes the rain slows things down or we have trouble getting the right quality of sand. We just deal with those things one day at a time. Kursi Road is usually busy, so we are used to the noise of the trucks going by. Our team is just a few local guys who understand how things are done around here. We don't have any polished brochures or big advertisements. Most people find out about us just by seeing our sites or talking to people in the neighborhood. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. There is always something that needs fixing or a new plan that needs checking.
