Kaishal Heights Developers Private Limited is located over in Vineet Khand, Gomtinagar, at the address 6/A-4, care of Shobh Nath Bind. Gomtinagar is a pretty large area of Lucknow, and we are right in one of the residential parts of it. Our office is a modest setup where we handle the day-to-day business of development and construction. It’s usually just a few of us here, surrounded by stacks of papers and maybe some architectural drawings pinned to the wall. We spend a good chunk of our time on the phone with suppliers or walking around the construction sites to see how the work is progressing. It’s not always a smooth process; there are always delays with labor or materials that we have to sort out. We try to be practical about it. There isn't any corporate talk here, just plain English about what needs to be done next. Being in Vineet Khand is convenient because we are close to a lot of the projects we are managing. We have been in the Lucknow area for a while and we know how the local system works. If someone needs to find us, they just look for the 6/A-4 spot. We don't have any flashy signs out front. It’s just a place where we do our work, keep our records, and plan for the next stage of whatever we are building at the moment.
