Kachnar Developers Private Limited

We have been running Kachnar Developers Private Limited from our spot here in Telibagh for a while now. If you know Lane 12 in Sainik Nagar, that is where you will find us at C-7. It is not a very fancy place, just a regular office where we handle all our building projects and paperwork. Most days it is just us sitting around the desk, dealing with contractors or checking on site progress across Lucknow. The traffic on the way to the office can be a real headache sometimes, especially near the main market areas, but we are used to it. We started this because there was a lot of construction happening around this part of Uttar Pradesh and we figured we could handle the work ourselves. We don't really do the big flashy ads you see on the main roads. It is mostly people hearing about us from others and coming by to talk. Sometimes the tea guy is late and we just sit there waiting before starting the morning meetings. It is a small team and we all know each other well. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't try to make things more complicated than they need to be. If there is a problem at a site, one of us just goes down there and tries to fix it. That is how we have always done things here. We are just local people doing work we know.
