Jnvians Design & Constructions Privatelimited

Jnvians Design & Constructions Privatelimited is based out of Vikalp Khand in Gomti Nagar. It is a nice area of Lucknow, pretty quiet compared to the main city roads. We started this because we wanted to do something of our own in the design and building space. The name Jnvians is a bit of a nod to our background. We spend a lot of time drawing up plans and then trying to make sure the actual building looks like the drawing. It is harder than it looks. We have a small team here. Most of us have been in Lucknow for years. We do a lot of residential stuff, like houses for families who are moving into this part of town. Sometimes we take on small commercial projects too. We don't really do the big corporate talk. We just tell you what we can build and what it might cost. Materials are getting expensive these days, so we have to spend a lot of time talking to suppliers to get a fair price. It is a lot of back and forth. Some days we are in the office all day, and other days we are out at the site making sure the bricks are being laid right. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do work that we don't have to be ashamed of later on.
