JJJK Developers Private Limited is based out of Kalli Paschim, which is right along the Raebareli Road in Lucknow. We operate care of Neelam Devi at this location. This part of Lucknow has seen a lot of growth lately, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. You can see new buildings and houses popping up everywhere you look. Our business is focused on helping with that development, whether it’s land work or actual construction. It isn't a glamorous job by any means. A lot of our day is spent making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to and that the workers have a clear plan for what to do. We spend most of our time out on the dusty sites around the 226301 area. We aren't really interested in sounding like some big, polished corporation. We’re just a group of people who know how to get a structure built properly. We use simple tools and traditional methods that we know work well in this climate. Sometimes the monsoon rains slow us down, or a supplier forgets a delivery, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s just the way it is in the construction world. We have our small office in Kalli Paschim for handling the paperwork and the legal stuff. It’s a decent place to work from. We like being local and knowing this area well.
