Jitendra Thadan

Our office is located at 38 Mall Avenue, right inside the Awas Vikas Colony in Lucknow. It’s a pretty decent area to work in, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a headache during the morning rush. We’ve been at this address for quite some time, so most of the local rickshaw drivers know where 38 is. The building itself is just a standard place, nothing that would stand out from the street. Inside, it’s a bit cramped with all the desks and papers, but we manage to keep things functioning. Jitendra Thadan is usually around, unless there’s a meeting somewhere else in the city. Lucknow has changed a lot lately, but Mall Avenue still feels like the old part of town in some ways. We spend most of our hours just keeping track of the work and making sure nothing gets lost. People usually drop by without calling first, which is fine, although it can get a bit hectic on Mondays. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and find a chair. The windows look out over the colony, and you can see the trees, which is a nice break from looking at the computer screen all day. It’s a very practical space for what we do. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just want to stay on top of the list of things to do every day.
