I-Tech Computer Solutions

I-Tech Computer Solutions is over at U.G.F.-7 in Smariti Plaza. We are right by the Mohamadi Killa Chauraha in Aashiyana. If you know the area, you know that crossing can get pretty chaotic with all the bikes and cars. Our shop is up a few steps in the plaza. It is a bit small and usually packed with parts, old motherboards, and screwdrivers laying around. We spend most of our time looking at screens that will not turn on or trying to make someone's old laptop run a little faster. It is a messy job sometimes with all the dust inside those machines. The plaza has a lot of other shops too so there is always someone walking past the window. We get a mix of people, some who are very worried about their data and others who just need a new mouse. We do not use fancy jargon when we talk to folks. If something is broken, we say it is broken. We try to be honest about how long a fix will take. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. It is part of working in this part of town. The Aashiyana area has grown a lot and we have been right here through it. Just working on computers and helping people get back to their work is what fills our days.
