Our small office for Jhsr Construction & Developers Private Limited is located on the ground floor of Plot No.-15 in Kalyani Vihar Colony. We are over in the Kamta area of Chinhat. It is a pretty busy part of Lucknow if you know where to look. We chose the ground floor because it is easy for people to just walk in and talk to us. We do a mix of construction work and development. Most of our time is spent dealing with the local logistics here in Chinhat. We aren't some massive corporation with departments for everything. We just handle it all ourselves. If a truck of sand is late, we are the ones making the calls. If a drawing needs fixing, we sit down and do it. Being in a colony like Kalyani Vihar means we are right there with the community. We see the houses going up around us every day. It is dusty work and sometimes the sun really beats down on us, but we keep going. We have got our maps and our tools laid out on the desks. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we have multiple jobs going on at once. It is just the way construction is. We are just local people trying to build decent things in our corner of the city. We don't really have time for any fluff or fancy talk.
