Our office for Jezi Beni Developers (Opc) Private Limited is located at Misri Ki Bagiya in Thakurganj. We’re on the first floor of building 444/290, near the Baraf Khana area. It’s a part of town that has a lot of history and character. The office itself is quite modest. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s an OPC, so it’s a more personal operation. We deal with development projects, which means there’s always a lot of planning and checking involved. The area around Baraf Khana can be quite lively and a bit noisy, but we like the energy of it. We aren't interested in sounding like a big polished company. We’re just local people doing our jobs. Our space is functional and serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking over documents. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep into a project. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We’ve had to learn a lot as we go along. Things don't always go perfectly, but we try to fix mistakes as soon as they happen. Being in Thakurganj keeps us close to the heart of the city. We don't spend money on advertising or big campaigns. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just seeing our office in the neighborhood. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay busy.
