You can find Jannayak Kailash Projects Private Limited over at Flat No. GW/108, Block-J in the Greenwood Apartment complex. That’s in Sector 1 of Gomti Nagar Extension. We use this flat as our main office for all our project planning and meetings. It’s a bit different than a traditional office building, but it’s quiet and lets us focus on the details. We work on infrastructure projects throughout the area. Gomti Nagar Extension is growing fast, so there is always a lot of work to be done. We spend a lot of time out at the actual project sites, checking on the workers and making sure we have enough materials for the next day. It’s a lot of hands-on management. We don’t have a marketing department, so we just rely on doing our work and letting people see what we’ve done. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been doing this forever and some younger ones who are still learning the ropes. Sometimes we have long debates about the best way to handle a specific site issue or a delay. It gets loud, but we usually figure it out eventually. We aren't trying to sound like some big corporate entity. We’re just a local business trying to do our part in the development of the city. Most of our days are spent on the phone or on-site, getting dusty and making sure things are moving as planned.
