Our office is located in Flat No-GW/108, Block-J, of the Greenwood Apartment in Gomti Nagar Extension. It’s a residential area, so it’s fairly quiet except for the usual sounds of people living their lives around us. We use the space to run our skills program. It’s not a huge campus with glass walls. It’s a few rooms with tables and some whiteboards. We spend our days teaching and organizing training sessions for people looking to improve their job prospects. The kitchen in the flat is where we all gather for lunch and tea breaks. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one on the door. People find us because they need to learn a specific skill and heard we could help. We’re just a small team trying to make things work in Sector-1. The Gomti Nagar Extension area is growing fast, so there are always new people moving in and asking about what we do. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain things simply. It’s an easy-going environment where the focus is on getting the work done rather than looking important. We’ve had a lot of different people walk through these doors, and we just try to give them the practical help they are looking for with their education and training.
