You can find us at 3/1 Real Earth Nagar, right near the Imli Bandhanmandir on Ashram Road. It’s a bit of a trek out to Anora Kala, but we like it here. Ishi Infra Promoters and Developers is basically a small group of us trying to make sense of the local land market. Lucknow is expanding fast, and we are right in the thick of it out here. We handle a lot of the promoter work and basic development stuff. It’s not always the most exciting job, mostly checking boundaries and talking to contractors. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day at the sites, and other times we’re just stuck in the office on Ashram Road drinking tea and looking at maps. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just try to be honest with people about what can be done and how long it’ll take. Development has its ups and downs, especially with the rainy seasons we get around here. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and we know the land. If things go wrong, we’re right here to fix them, no hiding behind a fancy website or a call center. It is hard work but we keep at it.
