We are situated on the first floor of house number 3/8 in Vibhuti Khand, which is right in the Gomtinagar area of Lucknow. This part of the city is always buzzing with new buildings and offices popping up everywhere. We started Innvolve Infrabuild to be a part of that growth. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for us to handle the administrative side of our construction projects. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to engineers. Lucknow is growing fast, and being in Gomtinagar puts us close to a lot of the action. We don't really have a sales pitch or a fancy reception area. It’s just a place where we work. Usually, there are tea cups on the table and maps spread out everywhere. We focus on getting the infrastructure work done without making a big fuss about it. The street outside can get pretty crowded with cars, especially during peak hours. We’ve had our share of challenges, like finding reliable labor or dealing with the rain during monsoon season, but we just keep pushing through. Our goal is just to finish the projects we started and move on to the next one. We like being a local business and seeing our work actually being used by people in the city. It's a practical job for practical people, and that's how we run things here every day.
