Ichha Buildtech Private Limited is run from House No.-5/277 in the Vikas Khand area of Gomti Nagar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads of Lucknow. We converted part of the house into an office space because it’s convenient and it keeps us close to the local community. Gomti Nagar is a big area with a lot of different blocks, and we’ve seen it grow so much over the last few years. Our work involves a lot of technical details, which is probably why we have "Buildtech" in the name. We spend our hours looking at drawings and trying to figure out the best way to put things together. It’s not all office work, though. We’re often out in the sun at various sites around Lucknow-226010. Sometimes the weather is too hot to even think, but the work has to get done. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come to 5/277, you’ll probably just find us sitting around a table covered in papers. We deal with the usual problems like cement prices going up or a truck getting stuck in the mud. It’s just how the building business works. We take things one day at a time and try to make sure each house or wall we build is solid. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and doing the work that needs to be done.
