Hridayam Real Infra Private Limited

Hridayam Real Infra is run right out of Sheo Nagar Colony. We use a space at Manesh Kumar Tiwari’s place, so it’s a very local, neighborhood-style operation. You won't find us in a glass skyscraper. We prefer being right here in the colony where we can actually see the community we’re working in. Our days are filled with looking over infrastructure plans and talking to folks from the neighborhood who are looking for advice or help with their own projects. It’s a lot of grassroots stuff. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello, and that’s fine with us. The office itself is pretty basic—just some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of paper. Manesh has been around here for a long time, so people know where to find us. We don’t spend money on big ads or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people knowing who we are and what we do. It’s a bit informal, maybe, but we think that’s better than being some faceless company that doesn't understand the local ground reality. We deal with real estate and infra work in a very hands-on way. If there’s a problem at a site, one of us just hops on a scooter and goes to check it out. It’s honest work, and we like the pace of it. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving forward for everyone involved. That's about it for our office.
