We started Housstone Buildtech LLP because we saw a lot of houses being built around Mohd. Pur Khatri Kalyanpur and thought we could do things a bit more practically. Our office is right here at 656/6/552, so most people in the neighborhood know where to find us. It isn't a fancy setup. Mostly, we spend our days dealing with materials, talking to laborers, and making sure the walls are going up straight. Building things is messy work. You deal with dust, rain delays, and trucks that don't show up on time. We just try to handle those headaches so the people moving in don't have to. Kalyanpur is growing fast, and there is always some project going on around the corner. We don't have a big marketing team or a shiny website. Most of our work comes from someone seeing a site we finished or just stopping by the office to ask a question. It's just a few of us here trying to keep things moving. We handle the paperwork and the site visits ourselves. Sometimes the tea runs out and the phone rings too much, but that’s how it goes when you’re running a small operation. We've been at this for a while now, and we know the local area well. If you pass by Mohd. Pur Khatri, you'll probably see one of our sites. It's just honest work at the end of the day. We are just trying to build decent houses for families around here.
