It’s a bit of a drive from the main Lucknow city center, but we like it out here because it’s a little quieter. The address is 225003 if you’re looking it up. We aren't a big corporate giant; it’s mostly just a group of us who know the local area and how to get houses built. The office is basically a room with some chairs and a big table where we spread out the blueprints. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to coordinate with the guys at the sites. Barabanki is a good place for building right now because people are looking for more space. We see a lot of tractors and construction gear moving through these roads every day. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, and the internet connection can be a bit spotty, but we manage. We don't have any fancy brochures or a front desk person. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us drinking tea and going over the accounts. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the practical side of building, making sure the foundations are solid and the walls go up straight. It’s a long process, but we’ve been doing it long enough to not get stressed by the delays.
