We are based out of Plot 48 and 49 in Village Ganeshpur, near Chinhat in Lucknow. If you know the area, it’s not too far from the main road, but you have to know which lane to take or you’ll end up at the wrong gate. We focus on building and infrastructure projects around this side of town. Working out of Ganeshpur is convenient for us since we can reach our sites quickly. The office is really just a base where we store our files and take a break from the sun. Developing property in Lucknow has changed a lot lately with all the new rules, but we still do things the way we know works. It’s a lot of talking to laborers and suppliers who sometimes show up late. We aren't interested in being the biggest company, just being reliable enough to finish what we started. Some days are just filled with phone calls about cement or bricks. Other days we are just sitting around the table trying to figure out why a timeline shifted or why the weather didn't cooperate. It’s not always pretty. The dust from the road gets in everywhere, so we are always cleaning the desks. We've been at these plots for a while now. Most people around here know us by now. We don't use any flashy signs or billboards. We just have our work and the buildings we leave behind. It is enough to keep us busy from Monday to Saturday every single week.
