Himkar Infratech Private Limited is located over in Gomti Nagar Vistar, which is a newer part of Lucknow compared to the old city. Our actual spot is at B-4 & 5, Kh No 173 in Kharagpur. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the center, but this area is where a lot of the new building is happening. We set up shop here because it makes sense for an infratech business to be near the development. The office isn't anything too special, just a place to sit down and get through the mountain of files we usually have. Our zip code is 226010. We spend most of our time dealing with the technical side of infrastructure projects. It’s a lot of long hours and phone calls. Sometimes it gets dusty around here with all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in Gomti Nagar Vistar right now. We aren't really into big speeches about what we do. We just show up at the Kharagpur office and handle the tasks for the day. Being a private limited setup, we have our share of meetings and compliance stuff to worry about. It’s hard work, and we’re just a group of people trying to make a go of it in the Lucknow real estate and tech scene. The B-4 and B-5 units are where we keep everything running. It’s home base for us and it works.
