Himanssu Buildtech Private Limited is tucked away in Shekhupura Colony, specifically at CP-4 in the Vikas Nagar area of Lucknow. It’s a busy part of town, and our office reflects that. There is usually someone coming or going, whether it’s a contractor looking for a signature or a delivery guy with parts. We share the space with the care of Shiv Kumar Gupta, and it’s become a bit of a hub for our daily operations. We aren't the type of people to sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of our time is spent out where the actual building is happening. We’ve got dust on our shoes and probably some on our desks too. The office has seen its fair share of late-night planning sessions. We don't have a big staff, so we all know each other's business and help out where we can. It’s a practical way to run a company. We’ve seen Vikas Nagar grow and change, and being based here feels right. We don't use big words or try to impress people with fancy brochures. We just show them what we’ve built and let that speak for itself. Some days the power goes out or the water is low, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the colony. It’s just honest work in a city we know well. We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we take the buildings very seriously indeed.
