Hemish Infrastructure Private Limited is based at 3/71, Vivek Khand in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow. It is a fairly nice part of town, but the traffic near the main roads is always a problem. Our office is a simple place. We have a couple of rooms where we keep all the records and maps for the projects we are working on. The air conditioner is old and makes a lot of noise, so we usually just leave the windows open if it isn't too hot. Lucknow 226010 is growing so fast that there is always something to do. We spend a lot of time driving out to different sites to check on the progress. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and sit in meetings all day. Usually, we are in our regular clothes, probably with some cement dust on our trousers. The desks are covered in piles of paper and old pens that barely work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a small group of us making sure the work gets done right. We’ve lived in Lucknow for years, so we understand how things work here. Sometimes the paperwork at the local offices takes forever, but we are used to the wait. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay busy. It’s a decent life and we enjoy being part of the local community.
