We set up Hectorevolve Developers Private Limited at Plot No-22 in Rahim Nagardudauli. This part of Faizullaganj has changed a lot since we first arrived here years ago. We spend most of our time out on the site rather than sitting in the office. It’s just a more practical way of doing things for us. We’re working on local development projects, trying to turn these plots into something people can actually use. Sometimes the paperwork gets messy and the rain stops us from digging, but that’s just how this business goes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to finish the jobs we start. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who know their way around a building site and aren't afraid of a bit of hard work. You won’t find any fancy brochures or glossy posters here. If you come to Rahim Nagardudauli, you’ll see us in our work clothes, probably arguing about where a wall should go or checking on a delivery of bricks. It’s noisy and there’s always dust everywhere, but we like seeing the progress. Faizullaganj is a growing place, and being right there at Plot No-22 puts us in the middle of it all. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days are harder than others, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and keep going. That is just the way we operate on a daily basis here.
