We are Hasi Khushi infracon LLP. Our office is actually at House Number 88 in the Jal Vayu Vihar Colony, specifically Phase 2, right off Kanpur Road here in Lucknow. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty quiet except for the usual city noises you get in Uttar Pradesh. We aren’t some massive company with a glass building and hundreds of people in suits. It’s just a local operation where we handle infrastructure and construction tasks. Most days start with tea and a look at the project folders piled on the desk. The house serves us well enough for managing the crew and keeping the records straight. Being near Kanpur Road is handy because we can get to different parts of Lucknow without too much trouble, though the traffic can be a nightmare during rush hour. We’ve been at this for a while now, just working through the daily grind of permits and site visits. People in the colony know us, and we try to keep things simple. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just word of mouth and staying busy with the actual work. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and site samples, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually doing the building part yourself. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business from home and making sure things get done right without a lot of unnecessary fuss.
