It’s a straightforward setup we have here. We deal with infrastructure work, which mostly means a lot of phone calls and checking on sites to see if things are moving along. The office isn't very large, but it fits our needs for now. We have a couple of computers and a lot of registers stacked up on the shelves. Working in Nilmatha is interesting because you see the area changing so fast. There is always some new construction happening nearby. Our days usually start around ten in the morning and we stay until the sun goes down. Most of the time, someone is out on a site visit while another person stays back at the shop to handle anyone who walks in. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big meetings. Usually, we just talk over a cup of tea about what needs to be done next. The Singh Complex gets pretty busy in the evenings, so it's a good place to be. We just try to get the work done without too much fuss. It’s a practical business and we like it that way. No big speeches or anything, just working on the projects we have. We keep things pretty simple and just focus on the daily tasks.
