Our office is located at House No. 163/211 in Chikmandi, which sits right in the Moulviganj area near Aminabad Park in Lucknow. If you know anything about Aminabad, you know it is one of the busiest and most crowded parts of the entire city. There is always noise, the smell of street food, and thousands of people moving around. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. It is an old house that we’ve used for years to run our developer business. The rooms are small and the walls are thick, which helps a little bit with the noise from the market outside. We don't have a fancy entrance; you just find the house number and come in. Inside, it’s mostly just desks piled with papers and some old chairs for guests. We do a lot of our business through face-to-face meetings because everyone is already in the market anyway. It can be very hot in the summer, and we mostly rely on ceiling fans to keep the air moving. Dealing with property in such an old part of Lucknow means there is always some issue to solve or some old record to look up. It’s a lot of hard work and it’s not always clean or organized, but it’s how things are done here in Moulviganj. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else to do this work.
