Gupta Infracity Private Limited is over at 18/333 in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. We have been in this spot for a while now. Indira Nagar is a big residential area, so we are right in the middle of where people actually live. Our office is basically a converted space that we’ve made our own. It’s got everything we need to run the business, though it can get a bit cramped when we have more than a couple of visitors at once. We spend our days looking at land deals and construction schedules. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different people, and sometimes it feels like we are just chasing our tails, but eventually, things get built. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon here. If a wall is crooked, we say it’s crooked. We try to keep our overhead low so we don't have to charge people crazy prices. The staff is just a handful of us who have been in the industry for years. We know which areas of Lucknow are growing and which ones are a headache to work in. It’s a practical business. We drink a lot of chai, talk to a lot of people, and try to get the work done without too many delays. We've got a leaky tap in the back room that no one has fixed yet.
