Grizel Infra Developers Private Limited

We are located on the first floor of the Leela Mension building, which is right on N.K. Road in Lucknow. Grizel Infra Developers has been in this spot for some time now. It’s a decent enough building, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up again. Being in the 226001 area puts us right in the heart of things, which is good for meeting people but bad for finding a parking spot in the mornings. We mostly focus on development work around the city. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or the tea kettle going off in the back. We aren't big on corporate polish; our walls have maps and schedules pinned to them instead of expensive art. Most of us have been in Lucknow our whole lives, so we know how the local development scene works. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and checking on site progress. Sometimes the traffic on N.K. Road makes it hard to get to meetings on time, but we manage as best as we can. We just do our work and try to stay on top of the projects we’ve taken on. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to make a living in the infrastructure sector. No fancy mission statements here, just a lot of lists and hard work. We keep it simple and focus on the day-to-day tasks that need finishing.
