We have been set up here in Lucknow for a while now. Our office is located at Kh No 291 and 296 on Sitapur Road, specifically in the Mohibullapur area. It is a busy spot and we spend most of our days dealing with various real estate things. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but it is a good place to be. We are just a group of people working together under the name Griha Pravesh Realty Developers Privatelimited. We handle various paperwork and site visits from this location. Most of the people working here are local, so we know the Sitapur Road stretch pretty well. It is not a very fancy office, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area. We keep busy with the daily tasks that come with developing property. Sometimes things get a little disorganized with all the documents, but we manage to find what we need eventually. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to get things done. People stop by sometimes to ask about land or projects nearby. We try to be helpful when we can. Working in real estate in a city like Lucknow means there is always something going on. We just stay focused on our work here in Mohibullapur and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It is a straightforward job really. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home.
